"Folk Art Angel Alice"

Here's my sweet Angel Alice...folk art doll.  I love her like crazy...but she won't stand up for me.  I'm still finding my 'voice', and here is a brilliant example of that voice.  Folk Art Alice, I love her mucho grande!!!!

Her body is made from painted canvas, sewed together, filled with marbles for weight and stuffing.  The doll head was bought as a hack n sac ball, and painted into the creation you see here.  Wool was then felted and crafted onto the head form for hair.
